Hi, I'm Micaela. I'm a fashion designer that specializes in pattern-cutting and knitwear design. My goal with my designs is to bring interesting and unique pattern-cutting into the realm of knitwear, as well as explore how knit stitches and other design details can effect the structure and silhouette of garments.

My favorite designers that have had a huge influence on the way I design are Junya Watanabe, Rick Owens, and Vivienne Westwood (honorable mention to Marithe and Francois Girbaud). The way these designers have revolutionized pattern-cutting specifically with cut and sew knits has changed my life. I got into collecting and selling vintage luxury just so I could study these designers pieces in person and figure out how they work.
